If asked, Elliot would always respond to the question 'What is your purpose in life?' as "to protect my little sister". Elliot puts most of his attention into making sure Audra, his little sister, is protected from the vampires that swarm around them.

When they very only very little, their human safehouse was destroyed by vampires, killing off both their mother and father without a second thought once they got some scent of the Williams blood. Elliot had pushed Audra behind him and stood strongly in front, despite only being six years old himself. He wouldn't let anyone hurt her... he had believed it was his duty to, even with their parents lying dead and drained only two yards away.

The head vampire had peered at them for a moment, dragging his nose up Elliots throat to get a good smell of his pure, innocent human blood. It had only been when he had started talking, negotiating, begging, bargaining for his sisters life had it gotten him anywhere. Impressed with his convincing and promising skills of diplomacy, the vampire had smirked and made the order to take them with the clan. Untouched, Elliot made the plea of him doing whatever they wanted if exhange for not hurting or touching his sister and it worked. They would later find out the clan who had attacked were royalty.

A large ceremony was held as they introduced young Elliot into the royal family, having him sired and turned into a vampire in front of many so upon coming of age, he could work as the negotiator. Not so long afterwards, Elliot was told to blood bond with a woman that he would marry upon turning a certain age to settle a feud with families. With no choice, Elliot agreed... the vampires were still honouring their agreement in keeping his sister safe. However, the other term on his side was a simple one. Due to the blood of the Williams' siblings being extremely sweet and pure, he must maintain that until marriage.

With this in mind, Elliot succeeded to become a very powerful and efficient negotiator as he turned 18. Willing to part with his rare blood in exchange for a deal, he was successful. Nevertheless, it was clear that he would not be one to drink blood fresh himself. Elliot is known as a ripper with the inability to stop once he has tasted fresh, human blood. Naturally, instead, he drinks from blood bags which satisfies him... though tastes disgusting and as a consequence, only drinks when he has to. On the flip side, Elliot ocassionally offers his own blood as an incentive to honour good work from his friends and loyal companions.
